Celebrated in Ura Valley of Bumthang, the Ura Yakchoe Festival features the famous dance known as Ura Yakchoe and the display of a scared relic for people to receive blessings. During this 10-day Bhutan tour, you will experience this special festival together with welcoming locals, and explore numerous splendid landmarks of Bhutan in its popular destinations.

Firstly, following the classic itinerary to Paro, Thimphu and Punakha, you will visit the must-sees including Tashichho Dzong, National Memorial Chorten, Punakha Dzong, Chhimi Lhakhang etc., all presenting the unique architecture art and historic culture of the nation. Then travelling to Bumthang via Trongsa, you will head to attend the wonderful Ura Yakchoe Festival in beautiful Ura valley. After that, the tour will take you back to Paro from central Bhutan, passing through Wangdue. On the way, you will go on to get amazed by the fabulous natural view of Phobjikha valley. Before the tour ends, you will also experience an unforgettable trekking to Taktshang Goemba, the prominent sacred site and symbol of Bhutan.
